This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the pricing structure for the LC Phone system within Truck Onboarding Solutions LLC through HighLevel. It covers costs for phone numbers, SMS/MMS messaging, voice calls, email sending, email verification, and applicable carrier pass-through fees. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

All prices for phone and messaging services apply to the US and Canada. If you plan to make calls or send messages to any other country, please contact our support team beforehand to confirm the applicable rates. Users who do not contact support prior to making such calls will be held responsible for any costs incurred.

This pricing guide outlines costs based on the most commonly used LC Phone product categories — including local/toll-free numbers, messaging (SMS/MMS), voice calls, emails and email verification.

1. Phone Numbers

All the phone numbers are charged monthly based on the number types. Below is the list of pricing for different number types available in the US/Canada:

Local Numbers: $1.80 / month

Toll-Free Numbers:  $3 / month

The prices listed above represent starting rates for most phone numbers. The exact cost is always available within the platform at the time of purchase.

2. Messaging Service – SMS

SMS pricing is based on the number of segments in a message. For the US and Canada, the rates are as follows (per segment):

Outbound SMS: $0.01 per Segment

Inbound SMS: $0.01 per Segment

These rates apply to both local and toll-free numbers.

3. Messaging Service – MMS

MMS pricing is also based on the number of segments per message.

Outbound SMS: $0.0264 per Segment

Inbound SMS: $0.0264 per Segment

4. Voice Calls

Voice call pricing is based on the duration of the call in minutes.

Outbound Calls Rate: $0.0216 per minute

Inbound Calls Rate: $0.01165 per minute

Notes:

For toll-free numbers, the list price is $0.02904 per minute

Voice AI calls may incur an additional $0.0048 per minute if the Voice AI provider uses SIP infrastructure.

Conference calls may incur an additional $0.00432 per minute (2 legs × $0.00216 per minute)

Special Notes:

Voice calls to Alaska and the Yukon Territory are not subject to the rates listed above.

Call durations are billed in full minutes. Any partial minute is rounded up to the next whole minute. Example:
If a call lasts 2.3 minutes, it will be billed as 3 minutes. Even a few extra seconds beyond a full minute will round the call up to the next minute.

5. Number Intelligence

Number Intelligence is a bundle of three functions. All three are turned on/off together, refer to Number Intelligence - Number Validation, Spam Detection, and Unknown Caller

Number Validation ($0.006/call): before sending an SMS, check if the number is valid, if invalid do not send the SMS.

Spam Detection ($0.006/test): when receiving an incoming US call, test it for spam, mark is "spam likely" if it fails the test.

Name Lookup ($0.012/lookup): when receiving an incoming US call, if the number is not on a contact or the contact name is empty, look up the caller's name.

6. Other Charges

Call Recording: $0.003 per minute of recording

Call Recording Storage: $0.0006 per minute of recording per month

Call Transcription: $0.0288 per minute

Answering Machine Detection: $0.009 per call when used

Voicemail Drops: $0.0216 per minute

Carrier Charges

SMS and MMS carrier fees are additional charges applied by the recipient’s carrier. These fees, combined with the standard message charge, make up the total cost to send a message. Fees vary depending on the carrier and type of message:

For AT&T, outbound and inbound SMS are $0.0036 per message, outbound and inbound MMS are $0.009 per message.

For T-Mobile, outbound and inbound SMS are $0.0036 per message, outbound and inbound MMS are $0.012 per message.

For Verizon, outbound SMS is $0.0036 per message and inbound SMS is $0.0078 per message.

For US Cellular, outbound SMS is $0.006 per message and inbound SMS is $0.012 per message.

For all other carriers, outbound SMS is $0.0042 per message and inbound SMS is $0.012 per message.

Outbound refers to messages sent from your number. Inbound refers to messages received. MMS charges follow the same rules based on carrier.
