Phone Number, A2P 10DLC Compliance and Calling/Texting Charges?
Within our CRM, you have the option to purchase a phone number; however, please note that additional charges will apply for this purchase. Additionally, both your campaign and the phone number must be approved under our Trust Center, and A2P 10DLC compliance is required. Once approval is obtained, you will be able to make calls and send texts, which will incur further charges of $0.15 per minute for calls and $0.15 per text.
Is there a charge for outbound Email Campaigns?
Within our CRM, you can set up multiple outbound email campaigns simultaneously to attract leads. However, please note that there is a cost associated with each outbound email sent, which is $0.05 per email.
Where do you get the List of Motor Carrier Database from?
You can find information on any motor carrier at https://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/CompanySnapshot.aspx, as this is public information.
We compile and curate a list of active motor carriers and upload it to your CRM each month, specifically for you, depending on your subscription plan, making life easier for our customers.
Additionally, you can upload your existing database into the Contacts section.
Do all your customers receive the same database each month?
We provide random distributions of various databases that we’ve compiled for truck dispatchers.
Can I purchase additional database lists of motor carrier cold leads?
Definitely! You can purchase as many as you want. It's $10 for every 1,000 cold leads, or you can get a bulk database of 15,000 cold leads for $100.
Is there a Fixed Term Contract for your Services?
No, we don’t have contracts! Our services operate on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without any extra fees. If you upgrade, you may incur a prorated charge for the remaining days in the month, and if you downgrade, you’ll receive a prorated credit that will be applied to your next bill.
